Jean-Baptiste Waldner  

Jean-Baptiste Waldner combines insight into Information Technology with a broad understanding of businesses that thrive on innovative program management. His expertise focuses on IT, Finance Shared Services Centers, Product development & Supply Chain Management.

He has 18 years’ IT leadership experience acquired within both operational positions & consulting companies. He led a dynamic IT function for over 6 years with Carrefour and PPR, with direct responsibility for major Corporate BPR initiatives. JBW demonstrates ability to manage effectively a culturally and geographically diverse work force. He has led teams of 10 up to 600, from over than 30 countries.

Before founding his own company, JBW was Group Digitalization Director (e.g. Group e-Business) with PPR. Previously, he led Carrefour Group’s worldwide finance transformation initiative encompassing accounting & «procure to pay» processes, Shared Services and Global Data Center as Thales Program Director. Thales 2-year initiative has been deployed over 26 countries and more than 10000 positions over the world (200 MEUR investment).

As consultant for 13 years, JBW has played a leading role serving over 45 Clients. Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche in charge of SCM & Manufacturing ERP, Partner in Charge of the ERP & SCM department with Ouroumoff Consultant, Senior Partner with CSC France.  JBW has been an early activist on IT offshoring and managed successfully offshored IT development projects for Western companies.
